Vodka & Rosemary Tea

It is a taste of waiting.... for miracle? Yup, that's Princess' feeling!

"Rosemary smell makes you relax with a hearty flavor of Vodka become a perfect match.

Ingredient per person
Tea leaf (Kandy) 6g
Ice cube moderate amount
Hot water 350cc
Dried rosemary 1/2 teaspoon
Vodka 20cc
Sugar syrup 20cc
Fresh rosemary 1 sprig

Method
1 Put in the tea leaf and rosemary into the teapot and pour in hot water.
2 Pour Vodka and sugar syrup into a glass, stir it and add ice cube.
3 Pour in 120cc of hot red tea from teapot into the glass.
4 Leave the fresh rosemary in the glass as decoration."

Gin & Lemon Spark

Princess likes this taste very much! Difficult to describe the feeling. Errr...the words just strike my mind "first love"!

"The sour of lemon combine with tasty Gin, a perfect balance!

Ingredient per person
Lemon juice 15cc
Lemon 1 slice
Sugar syrup 30cc
Gin 30cc
Iced tea (Kandy tea) 50cc
Soft drink 30cc
Ice cube moderate amount

Method
1 Pour in lemon juice, sugar syrup and Gin into a glass.
2 Add ice cube, pour in iced red tea and soft drink.
3 Finally hang a slice of lemon at the edge of glass as decoration."

Plum Brandy & Lemon Tea

Hmmmm.....Personally Princess feels that it has a strong taste of alcohol with lemon smell. According to Takeshi-san, the mixture of plum and lemon produce an elegance taste. Well...why this taste didn't appear on my taste bud? What's your opinion?

"An elegance taste with combination of plum and lemon.

Ingredient per person
Iced tea (Kandy tea) 100cc
Ice cube moderate amount
Lemon juice 20cc
Plum Brandy 20cc
Sugar syrup 10cc
A slice of lemon

Method
1 Have lemon juice and sugar syrup into the glass, pour in plum brandy and stir it moderately.
2 Add ice cube, pour in iced red tea.
3 Finally have a slice of lemon hanging at the edge of glass as a decoration."

Tea & Beer Orange

It gives Princess a fresh and cooling feel. If you feel sleepy, drink this and I believe you will WAKE UP immediately! Hahaha...

"A fresh cool taste, suitable to drink this iced tea cocktail during HOT summer days.

Ingredient per person
Orange juice 20cc
Sugar syrup 20cc
Iced tea (Kandy tea) 80cc
Beer 25cc
Ice cube moderate amount

Method
1 Pour in orange juice and sugar syrup, stir it.
2 Add ice cube and pour in iced tea.
3 Pour in beer and stir softly."

Grapefruit Red Wine Tea Cocktail

Have a glass of cold drink during summer day....aaAAaAaAAAaaa....so cool! A contradict feeling by drinking this iced tea cocktail. Give it a try!

"A combination of grapefruit and red wine, produce beautiful colour changes. A mixture of tasty grapefruit with astringency of red tea, it is a delicious taste.

Ingredient per person
Grapefruit juice 20cc
Sugar syrup 20cc
Red Wine 20cc
Iced tea (Kandy tea) 80cc
Ice cube moderate amount

Method
1 Pour grapefruit juice into a glass.
2 Add sugar syrup, stir it.
3 Add moderate amount of ice cube then add iced red tea.
4 Finally pour in a moderate amount of red wine."

Russian White

It is boring to have drink without snack! Princess thinks that snack is the "main cast" whereby drink is the "co-star". Yummy yummy! :)

"With milk fragrant tea cocktail, suitable to go with snack.

Ingredient per person
Uva tea leaf 4g
Hot water 350cc
Milk 30cc
Vodka 20cc
Condensed milk 10cc

Method
1 Put tea leaf into teapot and pour in hot water.
2 Have Vodka, condensed milk and milk pour into a heat-resistant glass, stir moderately.
3 Pour the red hot tea 120cc into the glass from the teapot."

Rum & Cream Tea

When you're at a cold weather country, have a cup of Rum & Cream Tea during winter is a good choice! How I wish I could have a cup of this hot cocktail red tea when I was at Finland during December. It was below minus 25 degree, no joke! :p

"A good taste of tea that make you feel warm.

Ingredient per person
Uva tea leave 4g
Hot water 350cc
Cream 30g
Rum 20cc
Sugar syrup 10cc

Method
1 Put the tea leaf into a teapot and pour in hot water.
2 Put Rum and sugar syrup into a heat-resistant glass then pour 120cc of hot red tea from the teapot into the glass.
3 Have cream on top of the red tea (without stir it, leave the cream float on the tea)."

Vodka & Rosemary Tea

Is midnight! If you want to relax with a glass of hot drink before you go to sleep, this will be Princess' recommendation. Wish you have a sweet dream!

"Suitable at night to relax and a good taste of hot drink.

Ingredient per person.
Kandy tea leaf 4g
Dried rosemary 1/3 teaspoon
Hot water 350cc
Vodka 20cc
Sugar syrup 20cc
Fresh rosemary 1 sprig

Method
1 Put tea leaf and dried rosemary into a teapot and pour hot water.
2 Have Vodka and sugar syrup into a heat-resistant glass, stir and mix it.
3 Pour 120cc red tea from teapot into the glass.
4 Add a sprig of fresh rosemary as a decoration."

Plum Brandy Tea

Many people think that it is a taste of Europe but Princess thinks that it is a taste of Japan because she added the Japanese plum (ume). The actual ume fruit is more sour than the western plum or apricot. Haha... What do you think?

"Plum wine smell, a smooth taste of cocktail tea.

Ingredient per person.
Kandy tea leaf 4g
Hot water 350cc
Lemon juice 10cc
Plum 1 piece
Plum wine 30cc
Sugar syrup 10cc

Method
1 Put tea leaf into the teapot, pour hot water.
2 Add 1 piece of plum into a heat-resistant glass then pour plum wine into it.
3 Add lemon juice.
4 Add little sugar syrup.
5 Pour hot red tea 100cc from the teapot."

Cassis Lemon Tea

While having a glass of Cassis Lemon Tea, feel like you're at Provence, in the South of France.

"Hottest fruit sweet smell in lemon red tea.

Ingredient per person.
Kandy tea leaf 4g
Hot water 350cc
Lemon juice 20cc
Cassis liquor 20cc
Sugar syrup 10cc

Method
1 Put tea leaf into the teapot and pour in hot water.
2 Pour Cassis liquor and sugar syrup into a heat-resistant glass, stir it and then add lemon juice.
3 Pour 100cc red tea into the glass."

Citrus Hot Rum

Sweet, sour and smooth taste for Princess. What do you think it will taste like? Just try it! :p

"Enjoy the tasty citrus and rum smell.

Ingredient per person.
Kandy tea leaf 4g
Hot water 350cc
Orange juice 20cc
Lemon juice 10cc
Sugar syrup 20cc
Rum 25cc
Lemon/orange cut 1 slice

Method
1 Put the tea leaf into the teapot, pour in hot water.
2 Pour in orange juice into a hot-resistant glass and add lemon juice, stir it.
3 Pour in sugar syrup and rum then add 80cc red tea into the glass. Finally having the lemon cut hanging on the glass edge as decoration."

Russian Red

I've not been to Russia nor having a Russian friend. If you do have a Russian friend, do check it out with them ya! Hehehe...

"Russian like red tea to add with their flavor fruit jam and it is called Russian red. If added some vodka, it will make your body feel warm and this is the hot tea cocktail. Not only taste good, red in colour, looks good as well!

Ingredient per person.
Strawberry fruit jam 15g
Grenadine syrup 10cc
Vodka 30cc
Hot Kandy red tea 120cc

Method
1 Put Strawberry fruit jam into a heat-resistant glass.
2 Add little Grenadine syrup and stir it.
3 Add Vodka and finally pour the hot Kandy red tea into it."

Red Tea Cocktail

Recently I went to library and I've found an interesting book. It captured my attention.

I want to share the info with those who do not like a boring plain taste of red tea, just like me! I realised encounter something unexpected can be a wonderful thing. Try on red tea cocktail in hot or cold, some would say it is delicious. At first I thought having a red tea cocktail, it will taste horrible but it turned out to be fun. You'll understand it better after you try it. Something you thought you don't love originally but suddenly you will realise that you actually do love it. Tell me how you feel! :)

Oops! Almost forgotten to introduce you the name of the book "Tea Blend by Takeshi Isobuchi". There are many interesting recipes in the book on hot and cold red tea cocktail. I'm sure you'll like it if you're looking for new taste, just like me.

Today is Sunday! YES!!

This is the 3rd label just created in Princess Camomile's blog.

Princess likes to watch her favorite TEA-V drama when she is enjoying her hot camomile with honey. She likes Hong Kong, Taiwanese, Korean and Japanese drama series. The songs you're listening now are some of her favorite TEA-V drama songs. :)

Papa King likes to have family talk but Mama Queen likes to listen to music while enjoying their cup of tea. Brother prince likes to read newspaper/book. She has an aunty who is staying with them in the Château. Lady aunt has a weird activiTEA, guess what? She kept her both eyes on the cat to make sure it never jump up to the tea table! Haha!!

Many people have different activiTEA during their tea time. What's yours?
