Plum Brandy Tea

Many people think that it is a taste of Europe but Princess thinks that it is a taste of Japan because she added the Japanese plum (ume). The actual ume fruit is more sour than the western plum or apricot. Haha... What do you think?

"Plum wine smell, a smooth taste of cocktail tea.

Ingredient per person.
Kandy tea leaf 4g
Hot water 350cc
Lemon juice 10cc
Plum 1 piece
Plum wine 30cc

2 Add 1 piece of plum into a heat-resistant glass then pour plum wine into it.
3 Add lemon juice.
4 Add little sugar syrup.
5 Pour hot red tea 100cc from the teapot."
